1. What is TravelMartIndia?
- TravelMartIndia.com (TMI), advertises and pre-sells vouchers for travel services, leisure products and vacation packages on behalf of our tourism partners (Partners).
- TravelMartIndia service is limited to the sale of vouchers for our partner's offerings. Our partners perform their services under their respective general Terms and Conditions.
- TravelMartIndia is not liable for the performance of services or delivery of goods specified in the vouchers. The voucher only grants you the right to make the provision with our Partner. By using this service you agree to the following terms of use.
- Either through confirmation during the ordering process, or if you make effective use of the service, you will be accepting the TravelMartIndia terms of use. You acknowledge that we - TravelMartIndia- consider the use of our service in accordance of these conditions of use.
2. TravelMartIndia Services
- TravelMartIndia offers vouchers on behalf of our partners that provide the product or service. Our partners can be travel companies, resort destinations, leisure service providers, cruise lines and other such leisure service providers.
- If the voucher is only valid for a set period, the voucher may only be used during the period stated in the conditions of the offer. If the customer chooses not to use the voucher during this period, the voucher expires.
- The sale of the voucher shall be completed only when the payment has been processed fully and TravelMartIndia has received the money. If payment fails for the following reasons (the account does not exist, insufficient funds, the credit card number or other information is not correct etc.) the sale is not completed.
- The Voucher link will be sent by email, to the email address that you entered at the registration process, after the sale has been processed successfully. The voucher will only be sent when the money has cleared in our account.
- All vouchers have a unique code that will be confirmed with the participating partner. The voucher is transferable. TravelMartIndia reserves the right to take legal action if there is any reproduction, editing or manipulation of the vouchers.
- If there are no indications to the contrary in the conditions of the offer, a voucher may only be redeemed once. No refunds will be made if the voucher is not used before the expiration date.
- The duration of the sale of a voucher is limited and is determined individually for each offer. No more vouchers can be bought after expiration of this period
- Vouchers, once purchased, are non-refundable for any reason. However, the voucher is transferable. It is the buyer's responsibility to find a new buyer for the voucher. TravelMartIndia does not re-sell vouchers once purchased.
3. Use of TravelMartIndia Loyalty Points
- TravelMartIndia believes in rewarding a loyal customer and gives loyalty points to the customer for making any purchase on TravelMartIndia.com
- 1 loyalty point is equivalent to Rs. 1
- On successful registration the user get 100 points credited to their account which they can redeem on their first purchase
- Each TravelMartIndia package has loyalty points which get credited to your account when you purchase a deal.
- Loyalty points accrued on the current purchase can only be redeemed on your next purchase.
- At any given point of time, the user can only redeem upto 25 % of the package value.
- Your TravelMartIndia loyalty points expires in two years.

TravelMartIndia accepts COD (Cash on Delivery) and Cheque payments. Customers will receive their Vacation Vouchers after the money has been credited to our account.
5. Service disruption
- TravelMartIndia reserves the right to limit or discontinue the functionality of the site. While we strive to continuously be online, we cannot exclude cases in which the page may be unavailable for a few moments. In rare cases this may cause data loss.
6. Intellectual property
- TravelMartIndia and partners retain all copyright and other rights to services, as well as listings, information, images, videos, and databases (the "Property Protection"). Modifications, reproduction, publication, disclosure to third parties and / or exploitation of the protected property without the prior written consent is expressly prohibited by TravelMartIndia. TravelMartIndia reserves the right to pursue all legal action against modification, theft or reproduction of Intellectual Property.

8. Changes to this agreement
