What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a number given to passenger in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to show this unique confirmation number at the airline counter of airport to get boarding card.

The passenger also has the option to carry airline PNR (passenger name record) number if the reservation has been processed electronically.

 
   
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the phone.
 
   
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time. Please note that the minimum check-in time for e-Ticket passengers is 1 hour before departure.
 
   
Is it necessary to show my e-Ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
It is not mandatory to show your e-Ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-Ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number.
 
   
What is a PTA and how does it work?
PTA stands for prepaid ticket advice. If PTA has been sent to the airline for your reservation, we will email you a PTA number that you need to show at the airline counter of airport. The airline representative will give you paper tickets, which need to be shown at the check-in counter of airline.

In simple words it's a system where we send a message to airline for issuance of paper tickets at the airport. This is generally done in cases where paper tickets can't be delivered at customer's address.

How do I cancel my air ticket?

Step 01: Contact us and get the PNR cancelled for the passengers who do not intend to travel. You can also do this by calling the airlines if travel is urgent (within 48 hours to the departure time)

Step 02: Send the paper ticket back to us via reliable courier service on following address. You can insert a small cancellation request/note along with the tickets in courier.

How do I get a refund after cancelling my ticket?
PAPER TICKETS
Credit card - We will process the refund in 10 business days on your credit card from the date we receive your paper tickets at our office.

Other then credit card - If the payment mode used at the time of purchase was other than credit card, we will dispatch the DD/check at your address in 10 business days.

E-TICKETS & PTA
The refund processing will be done in 10 business days from the date cancellation request is received.
 
   
What are the cancellation charges?
The airline cancellation fee is Rs. 500 per sector per ticket. In case of Air India, the cancellation fee is Rs. 300 per sector per ticket. In case of Spice Jet, the cancellation fee is Rs. 600 per sector per ticket. Travelmartindia.com shall charge Rs. 250 per ticket as a cancellation service fee. The cancellation service fee will be also be levied in cases where a customer is entitled to a full refund.
 
   
Note:  
For refunds it is mandatory to contact Travelmartindia and the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked on www.Travelmartindia.com .
The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary.
In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline.

   What is the Lowest Airfares Guarantee ?
   
How does the Lowest Airfares Guarantee work?
You need to purchase a ticket from Travelmartindia.com.
The guarantee is valid only for published retail fares* for exactly the same flight(s), travel date(s), and travel itinerary for the same number of passenger(s). Fares must be in exactly the same cabin(s)/class (First, Business, Economy) and carry exactly the same fare rules and restrictions.
Travel must originate in India.
If you find an airfare that is available to the Indian general public* from another travel agent, direct from the airline or an online travel agent, you can avail the Lowest Airfares Guarantee upon purchase of the same ticket from Travelmartindia.com.
Before booking the airfare, you are required to obtain a printed confirmation of the airfare quote with airfare price, booking conditions, travel dates, number of passengers, airline and date of quote clearly shown.
Call a Travelmartindia travel consultant on (022)66228100 on the same day you receive the quote. Email requests cannot be accepted unless following a phone enquiry.
Show the Travelmartindia travel consultant the printed confirmation of the airfare quotes. For telephone enquiries, you will also be required to fax or email the quote to your travel consultant.
Travelmartindia.com will cross-check the quote for availability and booking conditions within 24 working hours that same day from the supplier (Agent/Airline). The confirmation of the ticket is subject to availability and validation from the supplier (Agent/Airline).
If the airfare is available as per the itinerary quoted, Travelmartindia.com will refund the difference or adjust the amount against the ticket price.
Travelmartindia.com is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules. Travelmartindia.com reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice.

Fares not available to the general public include, but are not limited to special deals for corporates/companies, military, government, wholesaler, consolidator, opaque agencies and other discount fares. The Lowest Airfares Guarantee does not apply to package fares, such as airfares sold as part of a travel package, nor does it apply to airfares on another website that have been reduced as a result of promotional discounts, such as discount coupons, loyalty program discounts or fly free offers.
